Under our HappyTeams brand, we help organizations align their mission and goals with day-to-day processes and practices. We empower people at all levels of the organization to develop customer- and people-centric solutions. We provide facilitation support to shift mindsets and organization culture for positive change.
Leadership support
We make it easier for leaders to focus their time and energy on what is most essential. We support leaders' efforts to delegate more effectively, by bridging communication and developing strategies with staff. With our extensive background in tourism and hospitality and service-oriented sectors, we provide tools and coaching for leaders to grow.
Digital tools for capacity development
We offer custom-made learning solutions through integration with Confetti, an innovative online micro-learning platform. We enable organizations to integrate learning into everyday practice.
Meet the Team
Director
Nami Ishihara
Nami is an IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitator who cares about creating opportunities for meaningful conversations and drawing out the wisdom of the group. She facilitates team and organization development with the philosophy that happy teams make successful teams, not the other way around.
She has facilitated impactful retreats and workshops for various international development agencies and NGOs, including UNICEF Indonesia, UN Resident Coordinator’s Office Indonesia, and African Development Bank. Her recent projects include a strategic planning process, team conflict facilitation, and a leadership retreat. She has lived in the U.S., Japan, UK, Laos, and is currently based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Co-Director
Maeve O'Brien
Maeve O’Brien is a tourism expert specializing in tourism policy, strategy, education, eLearning solutions, and tourism workforce training and upskilling. With close to 20 years of experience in the tourism sector, Maeve has led and implemented projects for the United Nations World Tourism Organization, GIZ, and the International Labour Organization.
Maeve has served as an international tourism expert for Mascontour GmbH’s Asia Pacific representation, leading work on expert capacity development, technical and vocational education and training, and workforce activation in Uzbekistan, Cambodia, Indonesia, China, and Senegal.
Recently, Maeve was the Hotel Classification Specialist for the USAID Supporting Accelerated Investment in Sri Lanka project where she designed and presented a new classification system to both the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority and the private sector.

Lidia Rusvita
Lidia has over two decades of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development, having held pivotal roles across renowned companies such as Monsanto Indonesia, Johnson & Johnson, and Abbott Indonesia. Her career spans diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and logistics, showcasing her expertise in HR leadership and development. She holds advanced degrees in Applied Psychology and Bachelor in Applied English Linguistics. Lidia is a Certified Professional Coach with credentials from the International Coaching Federation and various global institutions (Oxford Continuing Education and NLP Richard Bandler).
As a highly experienced professional coach, she is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations. Lidia excels in helping clients unlock their full potential and achieve remarkable growth.
